We hated giving feedback too.

All customers have been asked to give feedback, but let's face it, it is never easy, takes way too much time, and companies ask you a bunch of questions about things that are not important to you  - the customer.

Companies want your feedback, but we think the whole process could be so much easier and fun.  Especially if you allow customers to have an easy to use app that works everywhere and on every product.

TaddleTell started as a dumb idea in a moment of irritation when we had a not-so-great experience at a local restaurant.  We wanted to give the feedback to the owner, but really didn't have a way to do so easily.

Then something happened.  We started giving feedback on every receipt that we got, whether a restaurant, a grocery store, or a canned beverage, and even a local painting company when asked to give a review online.  What we found was that, the experience of giving feedback was ALL OVER THE PLACE and took WAY TOO LONG.  Additionally, they ask you the questions instead of allowing the customers to tell them what is most important. This is the problem that we are solving.
